وفاقی وزیراطلاعات سینیٹر شبلی فراز نے پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کورونا کا بوجھ سب سے زیادہ مزدور طبقے پر پڑا. احساس پروگرام کے تحت(200) ارب کا پیکیج دیا، چاہتے تو فنڈز کی تقسیم اپنی سیاسی پارٹی کے ذریعے کرتے لیکن ایسا نہیں کیا، ہم ایک شفاف میکنزم بنارہے ہیں، ہم نے کچھ انڈسٹریزکھولی ہیں لیکن ایس او پیزسخت بنارہے ہیں تاکہ کوئی نقصان نہ ہو۔

لاک ڈاؤن پر وفاقی اور سندھ میں اختلافات سے متعلق سوال کے جواب میں وزیراطلاعات نے کہا کہ(18)ویں ترمیم کے بعد صوبے خود مختار ہیں اور وفاقی  حکومت صرف پالیسی گائیڈ لائن دے سکتی ہے، ہم نے توازن قائم کرنا ہے، ایک طریقہ تو یہ ہے کہ ہم سب کچھ بند کرکے گھروں میں بیٹھ جائیں، یہ والا فارمولا نہ صرف پاکستان بلکہ امریکا جیسے ممالک میں بھی ناکام ہوگیا ہے، سندھ حکومت کو بھی اس کا احساس ہوگیا ہے، ملک کی بقا انفرادی یا صوبائیت کی بنیاد پر نہیں بلکہ مل کر چلنے میں ہے۔

شبلی فراز کا کہنا تھا کہ کچھ لوگوں کا خیال تھا ملک میں مکمل لاک ڈاؤن ہوناچاہیے، لیکن اب صوبوں کو بھی احساس ہوگیا ہے کہ لاک ڈاؤن بارےسخت پالیسی نہیں اپنائی جاسکتی. پاکستان قرضوں میں ڈوبا ہوا ملک ہے. مکمل لاک ڈاوَن کرنے سے سپلائی چین مکمل نہیں ہوگی، ہم مکمل لاک ڈاؤن کے متحمل نہیں ہوسکتے، امیر لوگ تو گزارا کرلیں گے، لیکن غریب کیا کرے گا. وزیراعظم شروع سے ہی کہہ چکے ہیں کہ مکمل لاک ڈاؤن نہیں کرسکتے۔

وزیراطلاعات نے مزید کہا کہ موجودہ صورتحال میں وزیراعظم کو نئی ٹیم کی ضرورت تھی، انہیں اپنی ٹیم تبدیل کرنے کا حق ہے. وزیراعظم عمران خان کی وجہ سے سیاست میں ہوں، عمران خان سیاست میں نہ ہوتے تو میں بھی نہ ہوتا، ہم لوگوں کا ٹیم ورک ہے،عاصم باجوہ صاحب کی 

اپنی مہارت ہے،ہم مل کراورایک ٹیم بن کرکھیلیں گے۔
